Refund policy

At Ragamuffin Edinburgh, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
All included accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
Products showing signs of use, wear, misuse, modification, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.

2. Accepted Returns

We accept returns for both:

Defective products
Non-defective products

Eligible items may also be exchanged.

3. How to Start a Return

All returns are handled by mail.

To request a return, please contact our customer support and include:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid downloadable return shipping label.

4. Return Shipping Costs

We provide free return shipping labels for approved returns.

If a return does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

Eligible exchanges will be processed promptly after the returned item has been received and approved. Replacement items will be shipped as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process described above.
